Full day program includes (unless stated otherwise):
- Camp Sai: regulation, strength, tone, attention & social participation.
- Lunch & Life Skill Development: Independence and education, as well as team work, problem solving, executive functioning and perspective taking.
- Social Skills: Critical Core & Emotional Core, Developing appropriate social behaviours, social communication and social behaviour mapping, understanding and exercising emotional regulation and impulse control, and social resilience.
- January ONLY - Transition to BIG School: We cordially invite you to participate in our Transition to Big School Readiness Program. This program presents a valuable opportunity to build your confidence and prepare for the transition to Big School. Together, we will work towards your success and help you realise your full potential as you begin this new chapter in your educational journey. The program will encompass Social Skills, Fine and Gross Motor Skills, as well as early Executive Functioning skills, including the ability to independently open a popper or cheese stick.
- January ONLY - Transition to High School: We invite you to take advantage of the exceptional opportunity to participate in our Transition to High School Readiness Program. Together, we will embark on a meaningful journey designed to enhance your confidence and equip you for the exciting challenges that await in high school. This program will help lay the foundation for your success and enable you to reach your full potential as you enter this new chapter in your academic career. Key topics will include study skills, anxiety management, and organisational skills, among others.
- Energy Management: a Cinema Experience following cognitive exertion.
OT - Intensives
OT Intensives are 1 hr sessions per day.
5 Sessions per week is half a Term of Intervention.
The implementation of Intensives facilitates neurological adaptation, leading to more efficient and effective outcomes.
Our specialised one-on-one intensive therapy appointments during school holidays are structured to deliver focused and accelerated support for children during their breaks from the regular school timetable. These sessions are generally scheduled over a concentrated timeframe, typically one to two weeks, to enhance progress and target specific developmental or therapeutic objectives.
The frequency of these appointments may vary, ranging from daily sessions to several times per week, depending on the individual needs and goals of each child.
We also offer Assistive Technology Intensive Sessions covering Voice to Text, Text to Voice, Digital Technology, & more.
Alternatively, we can help setup of family sharing and monitoring in our 2hr Intensive.
